• UPS Express – 350 SEK

• Free shipping on orders over 100 euros

Delivery time: 3–7 business days (Express 1–3 days).

Worldwide delivery

(We ship to Australia, Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.)

• UPS Delivery – 450 SEK

Delivery time: 5–10 working days.

Other information

• All orders are shipped with tracking.

• You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

• During promotional periods and peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

Here's how to make a return:

1. Contact us at info@mentalitedor.se to register your return.

2. You will receive a return label and instructions via email.

3. Drop off your package at the designated agent.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount for the product. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund as shown below.

• Finland: 7 EUR

• EU (other countries): 9 EUR

Terms

• The product must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item.
