We offer several secure payment options, including card payment (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna and Apple Pay. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. Please check that all information is correct. If you notice any errors, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you make adjustments.

Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email along with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your home.

You don't need an account to shop with us – but we recommend it. With an account you get a smoother shopping experience, faster checkout, access to order history and the ability to easily manage your addresses. You create an account directly at checkout or via "My account" in the menu.

To log in, use the email address you registered with us. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via "Forgot your password?". Follow the instructions in the email and you can choose a new password.

In your account you will find an overview of all your previous orders. Here you can view order status, invoices and track deliveries.

You can update your shipping address, payment information, or contact details at any time through “My Account.” Changes will apply to future orders.

Package tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse in Rosersberg, Sweden.

Order confirmation and delivery status
